Today it was (IS) Really KOLD! That is Texas talk for Cold as Heck! When we got up I checked the bucket in front that had been catching the current rainfall (Our Hill Country Rain Gage!) it had ice on the surface till about 11:00 today. Got a call from a guy who wanted to see the 5th wheel, he came over and looked at it then later today he bought it and drove it home to his place! Bye Bye 5th wheel, you were a good home for many of those days at the border and you will be missed (at least by me a little).
It has been cloudy most all day today, light wind makes the temp with wind chill in the high 30’s! MJ baked cookies for the cookie party this week, and I worked more on the floor moldings. Trying to warm up know and unthaw…….
Looking into a whole house water filtering system from Lowe’s, lots of good reviews and very reasonable, just have to figure out how to hook it up to this PEX plumbing in this house.
